Believe it or not, the average buyer spends less than 30 minutes in
the home being considered for purchase! Whether or not that applies to you, it’s good reason to call Home Quest. We
take our time poking through a home’s structure and systems… an exploration that’s an invaluable learning
and discovery experience for you as well. That’s why we wholeheartedly encourage you to accompany us during the 2-3
hour inspection. This will allow your inspector to answer questions and explain the significance of his observations.
If for some reason you can’t join us, don’t worry.
Of course we prefer you to be present at your inspection, but sometimes it’s just not possible. We take pictures and
LOTS of notes. We’ll email the full report to you by the end of the inspection day, and we can schedule a time to speak
by phone to answer your questions.
