Our Thoughts On COVID-19

After dealing with Covid-19 for over a year, we assume all of our clients have their own comfort level and know how to protect themselves, as all of our inspectors do. With the mask mandate being recently lifted, we will continue to follow the state’s guidelines, wearing masks at inspections will be optional.

We expect that some clients, agents, or homeowners (of occupied homes) may request masks be worn, and some may not. We will trust that you will do what is best for you and we will respect everyone’s individual choice without judgment.

As a company, we will not ask clients or agents to disclose their “status” and ask that our clients also respect our employee’s privacy on their personal health decisions. Regardless, we will do our best to maintain social distancing throughout inspections, especially indoors and confined areas. We will continue to wash our hands frequently and do what we can to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Our goal is to provide a complete and top-quality home inspection while maintaining a safe environment. We wish for everyone’s safety and good health. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
